The corner joints of the Orto are made of a cleverly engineered die-cast aluminium single piece which is not only incredibly stable, but can also be used as a design element to integrate with surrounding finishes. Whether in chrome, matt nickel-plated or in contrasting black to the slim white body – there are many possibilities for individualisation.
In order to ensure optimum illumination of the work surface even with height-adjustable desks, the Orto is also available as a desk lamp with clamping base for connecting to the tabletop. This means that the distance between the light source and the desk surface remains constant, even if the height adjustable desk is extended to the maximum.
The Orto floor and desk lamps are also available in „mini" versions. The main areas of application are all types of rooms that have a general background lighting scheme, but with a corresponding need for supplimentary lighting for task surfaces. Reading rooms, libraries but also open-plan and individual offices can be considered here.
